Junior Infants had a great time chatting to Barretstown as part of their Virtual School Education Programme. We spoke to two friendly puppets called Conor and Róisín and they explained all about diabetes to us.

The classroom was a hive of activity last month at our school Garden Centre. We had great fun buying seeds and flowers for the garden. We also designed our own flowers using our twistables, paint, and Play – Doh. The classroom was full of flowers!
Junior Infants had great fun making lots of art over the winter period. We especially loved making our snowflakes for the outdoor Christmas tree. Teacher and Michelle had to make sure that the snowflakes were tied on tightly to the tree so that they didn’t blow away in the wind!
We had great fun at our Doctor’s surgery in the classroom. Everyone got a turn at being a doctor and a patient. There were lots of patients in the surgery with sore heads, sore tummies, broken bones, the list was endless! There were also a lot of babies who needed...
